What do I need?
A Google account, either Gmail or Google Workspace, with Drive and Sheets. It works for agents anywhere in the U.S.
How long does setup take?
About 20 minutes. You open Setup Bot and add your name, brokerage, contact info, headshot, and logos. Then each bot gets to work.
Who sends the emails?
Emails go out from your own Gmail. You control every send to a client. Lead Follow-Up stops when someone replies or unsubscribes.
Can I buy one bot?
Not yet. Individual bot prices are not set. Each bot page has a button that takes you to the bundle.
Is this a monthly fee?
The prices on this site are one-time. Premium includes 12 months of updates. A price for updates after that is not set.
Will this bring me more closings?
No promise like that. The bots take on follow-up, paperwork, and marketing tasks. Results depend on you and your market.
What does Setup Bot save?
Your name, brokerage, contact info, headshot, and logos. It creates your Agent Command Center folder in Google Drive and your Command Center sheet.
What will I be charged?
Early bird shows as $197. Launch shows as $247, and the charge is $246.97. Premium shows as $497. Checkout is not taking cards yet.
What is Premium?
Premium is $497, one time. You get the whole bundle, a one-on-one install session, branding setup, lead portal forwarding setup, 90 days of priority support, and 12 months of updates.
When does the early bird price end?
The end date and the number of spots are not set yet. The banner on the pricing page is a placeholder until those are decided.
Is the fair-housing check legal advice?
No. Listing Description does a light check and flags wording that may be a problem. You still read every description. It is not a legal review.
Does this work only in one state?
No. It is for agents anywhere in the U.S. Sphere Touch uses the monthly stats from your own MLS or board, so the market note can match where you work.
Can I pay today?
Not yet. The checkout page is a preview. The form does not send or save your email, and no card is charged.
Who built this?
Rob Aubrey, a broker with 35 years in real estate. He made these bots for the daily work agents already do.
Is bookkeeping only for agents?
Bookkeeping is for agents and for small business owners. The rest of the bundle is built for real estate agents.
